Call centre a NIGHTMARE

Need a settlement figure on my account. Trying to phone the Incredible Connection or Maravedi call centre is a nightmare. You phone, listen to the intro, hear the menu choices, pick one, and it's a dead end. You start again, intro, menu, pick, wait, wait, someone answers, tells you they can't help you, you get transferred, listen to intro, menu, wait, wait, get cut off. Phone again, intro, menu, cut off. Phone, intro, menu, pick, phone gets answered - you hear rustling on the other side and nothing happens. It is a test in tolerance EVERY time and it's a waste of time.
