No effort nor concern from Edgars Mobile

I'm claiming back from my Edgars insurance after my cell phone had been a few months ago. Today I went in, after my claim had been approved etc to pick up a phone I qualify for. I want the Samsung Galaxy Trend IN WHITE, but just because they don't have it in stock for Vodacom means i cant get it? I find this very difficult to believe. There was absolutely no effort made to check with other branches, nothing. I was simply told there's nothing thy can do. The phone has not been discontinued? There's absolutely no reason this phone could not be ordered for me or found at another branch? The service was disgusting, unorganized and unsympathetic.
