My wife and I shop about once a week at this branch, and yes, they have their ups and downs like every other store. However, when I do my shopping, I walk past Woolworths and Pick N Pay for 2 reasons. 1. The friendliness and helpful attitudes of the staff in general (from packers to cashiers) they will drop what they are doing to help you. 2. The management team. John and his great fruit displays, Andre who knows anything about fish, the grocery manager, i think his name is lj, Roy (chef), the scottish gentleman in the butchery and the new fellow at the tills with the beard. If ive left anyone out, im so sorry!!! But you guys set such a good example for the rest of the staff, and a high bar for the competition. Yes, ive had my smelly chicken, or mushy bananas. Sometimes things are priced incorrectly, But for myself and my wife, these are little issues in an otherwise, very well run store We hope you all have a fantastic 2014 and keep up the good work.
