Great Service from the Butchery

I just wanted to send you a quick message to let you know about the brilliant service I consistently receive from one of your employees, John, in the Butchery at the Food Lovers Market at N1 City.

I have been shopping at your store for about a year now and was initially very apprehensive about purchasing meat from what was traditionally a Fruit and Veg store. I often walked past the meat counter and one day decided to give it a try and wow, I am glad I did. John helped me on that occasion and has been behind the counter on many of my subsequent visits to the store. He is ALWAYS incredibly helpful, always willing to give advice and go the extra mile to ensure you have the perfect meat for any occasion. Nothing is too much trouble and on many occasions he has taken the time to prepare and pack meat for me, so much so that I now travel to the store to purchase my meat rather than purchasing from my previously prefered store which I had traditionally done in the past.

In a day and age where customers are always very willing to complain I just wanted to acknowledge Johns hard work and his kind and friendly nature, he really is a great asset to the store.
