Extremely good communication and delivery

I have ordered a DVD through [URL Removed] and was notified that delivery will only take place on the 21st of January 2014. Huge was my surprise when I received a call on the 8th of January to inform me that delivery will take place before 15:00 that same day. An sms notification of the delivery was also received, and it was not even an hour later when my order arrived. This is outstanding service and surely not available in this country. I am extremely pleased and impressed. Well done!
