I am very disappointed in Edgars, I have been with Edgars for years and have always paid my account every month, always in the first week of the month because I get my salary on the 31st and it only shows in my account by the 1st of every month. A lot of months I even paid more than I was suppose to, but late last year I got married and I wasn't in the country to pay my account for a few days over the end of the month. When I got back last night the 10 of January 2014 I was informed via sms that I had been reported to the credit bureau of South Africa as a slow payer. After all these years of paying my account every month even paying more than I was suppose to they reported me and sent my Good payers name down the drain over 10days just 10days. This company clearly does not care about its clients it only cares about money and then they are unreasonable as well non of my other clothing accounts did this not Mr Price or Woolworths or Thruworths because they know I always pay and its only been 10days. If I was someone that did not pay my account for months I would understand why they did this but to do this over 10days? I was clearly mistaken in thinking this account was worth having!
