Poor overall service

I just want to express my concern in regards to the bad service I receive from Pick 'n Pay White River. The store is constantly out of stock of certain items. Yesterday there were three items that were not in stock or under stocked. This has been on going for quite some time. The cashier that helped me was really unfriendly and did not handle my bank card with care. She left it on the counter without me knowing. When I told her she should give it to me in my hands she replied "Oh really". I'm really really disappointed and have never experienced such problem at any other branch or even Spar. I honestly can't believe that their doors is still open.
