BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE

Went to buy a cellphone -walked into the store at 17h40 - had to wait for 20min as the person releasing the mobiles was at the back... finally she came at around 18h03 - you could see that she was irritated. didn't even greet- asked what cellphone I wanted - I wanted to ask if it was compatible and for her to describe some of the features but there was no room for that. Everything was just thrown at me - my ID - my card - the slip to sign - I felt like an intruder - then she had a conversation with a colleague about the fact they wanted to leave early as the shop closes at 18h00.
what are my rights as a customer? what ever happened to good service?..
