Listed on Transunion just for 10days late payment

I'm a very Irate and disappointed customer as Edgars just listed me with Transunion as a slow payer just because I'm 10 DAYS late with paying my instalment which was only due on the 01/07/2013 and already they listing me without even notifying me. I know my legal rights and by law this is unacceptable. I demand that they fix this as they making it as if I never pay my instalments and it's not even two months instalments, not even 15days or a month late that I'm owing but yet the matter is so extreme. The thing that made me even more angry was the consultant that contacted me on 10/07/2013 at night from edcorn to tell me that I need to pay R1600 and something by tomorrow, that's crazy considering that I know how much I owe and its only one month's payment, I need the matter sorted, and your consultants to also know their facts as the treatment of both consultants i spoke to was unprofessional and they should know their job and be factual when they contact clients. I want someone to contact me to clarify the matter as I'm not happy with it.
