Unbelievably good service

I recently opened an account at the Mr Price Home store in Tygervalley Mall, but was never fully explained how the account works and what the terms and conditions were. On collection of my card and activation of the account a bunch of surprises were sprung upon me that I was not happy with at all and if I knew how it would be I never would have opted for that account. I was quite upset and was told by the cashier that there is nothing to be done.
Luckily Merille stepped in and really went out of her way to fix my problem and explain all the details to me and my options to fix the problem. She stayed calm and friendly even when I was a bit worked up (Sorry Merille). Within a day the problem was resolved and she kept me informed every step of the way.
I appreciate the great service from her, she is a real asset to your company.
