New Sweetner containers lids keeps breaking

I am you number one fan of your Equi Sweet Aspartame Free sweetener. I have been using it since the launch and refuse to drink tea of coffee without it. The new design of the holder (pill dispenser) 's lid keeps breaking and then al the pills goes everywhere. The refill packs are expensive and having the pills spill all over the kitchen floor or in my handbag is not acceptable. Please have a look at the lid and holder's durability and see if there is any other way you can manufacture it. I have lost numerous pills due to this inconvenience and I think it's time someone speaks out.
