Efuse to give urgent treatment

Was at hospital all day 18 Okt for help. I was medical board due to stroke. Went to see doctor for walfrin as I get blood clots. I don't have pills for 3 days and can't affort a doctor. I went back today at 7 and waited till 09:45 to see doctor I had my pill bottle with me and she refuse to give me pills want me to go see private doct, I told her I don't have money and need pills urgent, she refuses and said she can't help me untill I bring my private doct file, that doctor also refused, what now?
