My details were divulged without my consent

Virgil Smith from the Vodacom division has been investigating my case, apparently the culprit is from Pick'nPay at Princess crossing. This person divulged my details to a township girl without my consent and it was for non-marketing purposes. Can I please get closure. Who is this person? What disciplinary measures have been put in place? Please note, this has been dragging since 15-September-2013. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.
