FAILURE TO RECTICY URGENT PROBLEM!

Hi,
After experiencing endless problems with my Mr Price Home Gift Registry i sadly have no choice but to resort to stating on this platform that the services received from Mr Price Home IT department following a major mishap on their part in the way their gift registry online service was set up, is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
The Mr Price Home onlin website was setup prematurely clearly and the IT department knowing that they had some flaws in their system failed to even contact me directly despite several emails to customer service (whom i do understand is not trained to deal with such complex issues).
Following registering in store for a wedding gift registry (the number of which was then printed onto my wedding cards and delivered!), when i went to select items online i was asked to re-register (a process which i was then guided through step by step telephonically via a customer service supervisor who spoke to me like i was dumb!). Nonetheless upon registerung using my initial gift registry ID i was issued another ID and the initial one seemed to become non existent. Several attempts to sort this out have failed by very poor service from the IT department.
