I received a Birthday SMS to enjoy R125 off when I spend R1000. I planned to take advantage of this offer. Solomon Masoga was our cashier. The Fritos Box Scanned for R52 instead of R34 as priced on the shelves. We told him this and he looked at us and continued with the rest of the items.no words. Then when the total did not reach R1000. I ran to the shelves to get 3 more Boxes of Sweets whilst my mother waited for the Fritos price to be resolved or removed from our transaction. When I returned, holding the boxes of sweets Solomon continued to scan then even though I said to him. "Please hold on sir I want to see what the total will be" he just continued and then laughed at me directly to my face. I asked him why he was laughing and if he was laughing at me and he continued to giggle and only said: "Dont take offence"... I was ready to now pay. I showed him the SMS and he inputted the SMS voucher. I then I handed over my Ebucks card and credit card... He told me he can't swipe my Ebucks card as he already inputted the SMS voucher. I said, I will not forfeit my ebucks because of a system not designed for it... Especially because He has not asked me for my ebucks card before hand...
