In 2010, I bought a tv from Game, I asked the salesman if the tv that he suggested could be used with a Hard drive or flash so I could play back movies, he said yes, no problem. So I bought the recommended tv. 3 years later, I bought a HD having found a good one, waited for good prices, eventually got friends to load movies for me, then plugged the HD in excited to watch my first movie. But it didn't work. I couldn't understand why until I checked the TV User Manual. The salesman at Game had either to me or hadn't known his product. Yes the tv could have a hard drive plugged but only for MUSIC and PICTURES, not MOVIES which I'd specifically asked for. I contacted Game about it. A salesman phoned back to say Correct, the tv doesn't playback movies! I asked why he was phoning to tell me seeing as I knew & asked to speak to the manager who wasn't there. I spoke to the Asst Manager who told me to email her with a copy of my receipt. I emailed her, my receipt was illegible so I emailed a c/card statement with the date of purchase and asked her to reprint the receipt. No response. I resent the email, still no response. Disgusting customer service - I paid nearly R4000 for the TV!
