False Advertising Double Up Value A Lie

Sibusiso assisted me as I was charged R29, 99 instead of R18, 99. As I was lodging my complaint I saw the double up sign however this is a as Sibusiso with a don't care attitude advised that it doesn't apply in my case which is a however he couldn't careless and refunded R10. Remove the signs in ur stores as it is a and ensure ur pricing is correct. What if I didn't notice the difference?
