Sassa cards biometric device switched off

I called the Shoprite at Greenacres and Govan mbeki port Elizabeth. 3 words: TRAIN YOUR STAFF. I am appalled at the reception i keep getting every time i call shoprite. Employ better staff or shutdown. The people handle the phones are rude and don't sound very knowledgeable about anything. A gentleman assisted me over the phone but gave me either false info or isn't aware about what his staff rabble on to customers. My cousin who has recently relocated to PE was turned away today because of some stupid excuse that you switch off the device that is used to assist people who don't use pin numbers. My cousin came from an area where no matter the day or month, they get assisted and don't get some flimsy excuse about the device getting switched off. I am disgusted really. I work for a service industry and I'm expected to deliver no matter what, if someone needs food and groceries and comes at a time convenient to them, why should they being penalised for it???!!! it guys its someones grant. No compassion that's all it goes down to.
