Superiors Need To Train Staff, Service Is Terrible

Good day

It dissapoints me that Shoprite staff does not care about their Loyal Customers, I mean no one offers People who are pregnant, People using crushes aswel as Mothers Carrying new borns.
I will 1st give a senario, I was over 9 months pregnant July, I needed a drink and all the ques were long and not even one staff offered to let me pay without queing. This was @ West Str on that Shoprite Opposite Edgars, I had to ask one of the gals n explain that my feet are swelling she said she doesn't know I shud ask the manager. I did that and he allowed it, question is why wait until I ask?? Poor Service :-(
Yesterday I needed money @ the money market the que was so long and I had my 2 months baby and not even one staff told me not to que, Jeez talk about Poor Service for such a huge store. You guys just don't care, pls train the staff coz I asked the lady when I was withdrawing money she said they never been told, I was shocked (@ GameCity)
Shoprite Really needs to Pull Up Their Socks. Certain people are not to Que Finish n Klaar!!!
Woolworths and Pick n Pay treat their customers very good, such people don't que, u guys should learn from them, even clicks do well.
Pls Intervene!
