Incorrect Bereau flagging

I experienced financial challenges and approached @Home furnishers for an arrangement. They told me I need to skip one month worth of instalment before they can make an arrangement with me. I did that, then made an arrangement which will be valid for 3 months. I made my 1st payment then 2nd one end of December. I dicovered now, that I have been flagged on the Transunion Bereau as a person who is missing 2 instalments? How is that possible?
