Adidas ladies Neo takkies fault

I purchased a pair of ladies size 7 Neo range Adidas takkies from Tekkie Town Balfour Park Johannesburg
I have always worn Adidas and don't usualy begrudge the price tag: R699
Because I'm worth it and so are my feet. It was a Christmas gift so only opened them on the 25/12/2013 and wore them on the 2/01 for arround an hour briefly
They are a lousy design and caused blisters through sox on both the bridge of my foot and my heel which has never ever happened befor!
I also am having no luck getting any feedback or response from Adidas SA in reg to this design fault!
Not acceptable behaviour from brand I have alwat
s been a loyal suporter of*overall annoyed and probably will spend on other brand in the future!
