No cash on premises

Hi. My mother attempted to make a cash withdrawal from Pick n Pay Somerset Mall yesterday 7th January 2014 but was told by the supervisor there was no cash (R3000) on the premises at that time. The time was exactly 14:07 in the afternoon. You are telling me that at that time of the afternoon Pick n Pay, one of the biggest retail stores doesnt have that amount of money available. This is not the first time this has happened at Somerset Mall Pick n Pay. This must be the 4th of 5th incident. I have put this issue on Hello Peter before, Dijaan from Pick n Pay contacted me personally and apologised. He assured me that in future this will never happen again. I am shocked at the service from Pick n Pay Somerset Mall.
