While sweet enough, I had the most unattentive waitress (I had to get up three times to go to her) who served me hard scones that were completely dried out.

My complaint though centres around the fact that all 6 staff members were gathered around the counter across from my table and chattered loudly as if they were all on a taxi from the time I sat down to the time I left 45 mins later! How annoying. Beside dropping off hard scones and a smoothie at my table, I struggled to get her attention on three occassions because of their obviously interesting conversation and the level of noise.

When I requested the bill, I was told I can just give her R25 (no slip, no slip jacket) to which I insisted on a slip.

I was very disappointed with the level of service as this is NOT what I expect from Woolworths. What a waste of an hour of my time! I wont be going back in a hurry, that's for sure!
