I'm frustrated that I had to pay to use the toilets of which! st of all the person facilitating this didn't communicate with me at all! i had o greet her to which she didn't reply, pay her then collect the supplied toilet tissue by myself as if this was a self service utility. I then get to the toilet to find that they don't have locks! what the am i paying for then?! i had to prop the door with my bag looking out for if someone were to grab it form under the door! this is ridiculous more especially because i had to pay a figure resembling a human being but lacking human response!
