So we experienced water damage at our premises and a lot of my clothing was ruined. I had to wait for insurance to pay out and when they did I chose to come to Truworths as I knew you had a 25% of all sale stuff until yesterday. So i gathered that which I wanted to try on an proceeded to the dressing rooms. I had to wait as there was a queue. When I get to the front i note that the two pack bra's are stuck together witha security device. So i ask Julia who is going to remove it for me as I am not going to queue elsewhere and she looks me in the face and simply replies "I dont know". She then further refused to help me. I had to flag down another employee to help. Truly Julia, i would also not like to work on a Sunday, but you have chosen to and you are getting paid. "I dont know" is not an answer. As a disgruntled shopper i would like to know how she got employed as she truly appears to have no peoples skills. I knwo lots of school leavers that would gladly take her post. You made Truworths loose out on a R3000 sale.
