PUK Number request ignored

My phone number blocked and through Jet-Mart Newcastle on 03/01/2014 we contacted Jet Airtime, it took almost 2 hours to get hold of them. I requested a PUK code was told to hold on for 10 minutes thereafter was told they were off-line and they promised to phone me once theyre online on 0741141618, that never happened. i canot use my phone 0842441696 as it is blocked. The staff at Newcastle were friendly and very helpful
