I'm absolutely disgusted at the services received today, I had a break in and my phone was, I called in to blacklist the phone and I was told there is a form that needs to be completed, I waited the whole afternoon for the form and then called back. Just before 5 I was put on hold for 15 minutes until I ran out of airtime. A case has to be opened within 24 hours and I can't do that without a ref number to confirm that the phone has been blocked. This is totally shocking, I got told ill have the reference number in 3 days, what's the use of it then. I never imagined I would experience something so stupid. And then to top it off I can't call back because yours are closed. That's excellent customer service.
