Edgars avoiding my Complain

I wrote a complain about Edgars not wanting to redeem my voucher on the 24th December. They responded saying they will come back to me because marketing was the one to sort out my issue and Im still waiting today.

Its over 2 weeks now and Im still waiting for response.
