Dear Sir /madam

I made a complain about SINGH'S ATTORNEYS
I was referred to them by Edgars Legal Plan

Edgars Customer Care responded

Gave me a Rererence Number which is 0305130170/GO

A person by the name of MOKONE called me

He told me that they will get back to me in 48 hours.

Customer Service did not get back to me again.

I phoned them and they promised to give this matter priority.

I then email them

But until now they did not get back to me with a resolution to this problem.

This is a very urgent matter and time is against me.

I am hoping they will get back to me asap.

No point in making a complain. They respond

But they never get back to you again with a resolution
