Furniture City doesnt care about their clients

Early 2012 i ordered furniture from Furniture City, which arrived but sadly the table was faulty. like a good client i called their customer services and reported the matter, to which i was told someone would be sent over to see the table and or collect it. needless to say no one came. March i called again and reported the incident i was told, someone would call me, Nobody did. I then called my sales agent and informed her and she said she would look into it and get back to me, she didn't. I kept calling over time even went to the branch and yet this simple matter could not reach resolution. Ive spoken to a Ricardo, a Tsidi, a Mpumie, a Nomathemba, a Janice and a Vusi and still no resolution met. Today i called this number 011 622 1174 which is the branch i had taken my furniture from, i got put through to 4 different people before i got to my sales agent Indira, who promised to call the factory and get back to me. Its been an hour thus far holding my breath. Can someone out there please advise where to from now because quite frankly im.
