Worm/Maggot in pistachio nuts

I often purchase dried fruit from the Padkos range and this weekend I purchased a packet of your Padkos Pistachio nuts from Checkers.

I was disgusted to find what appeared to be a rotten nut and a roasted worm/maggot inside the shell. I came extremely close to actually putting the thing in my mouth and feel sick about the situation. The packet does not state WHO to contact in the case of a complaint and so after much internet research I sent an email to "Ambassador Foods" who apparently supply the Padkos Brand and to Freshmark.

Does your company / do your suppliers not maintain a hygienic environment free from insects? Or is there no quality control which is practised?

I am very upset about the situation and have pictures of the worm and nut which I have attached to my various emails and can make available upon request.
