Paid for next day delivery on 27th Decembe

I don't understand how, if I pay for next day delivery on the 27th of December, I have yet to receive my item ten days later. I would have understood if there were issues, as it was the middle of the festive season, but there was absolutely no communication from Hi-Fi Corp.

Instead, my fiance and I had to chase them up (repeatedly). We have yet to receive what has already been ordered and paid for.

I doubt I will be shopping online with them again.
