My Sisterinlaw purchased a watch for me on Saturday at about 3pm on the 04th January 2014, firstly there was no help whatsoever as we had to wait about 20 minutes to even get an employees attention, to assist with jewellery! no one had explained anything to us, we asked for the watch which cost R350 and just purchased it not thinking anything... at the counter after paying for it, we asked the sales person if they could adjust the bands, they had said no, so we purchased the watch and left... on Sunday when i took it to a Jeweller to get the bands adjusted, he noticed it not working so we did not think nanything serious however the jeweller told us that he could not adjust it because if they is a problem, he is not responsible and asked us to take it back to the store because it had just been bought the day before and is brand new so we thought... on Sunday 05th January 2014 at about 2pm, i took it to the store with the receipt and packet, asked to speak to the manager, again waited about 15-20 minutes... in the meantime i had noticed there was about 15 watches on the display out of which only about 6 was working... when the manager finally arrived, they refused to help me!!!
