Kinderelo and excuses

I cannot believe the bad service i am receiving from Kinderelo, i have ordered something on the 23rd of December and now it is the 6th of January and the excuses was (sorry but there were alot of public Holidays).
I called again just now and the excuse was that the courier company must be contacted, well to be honest i will NOT recommend this place with regards to fast delivery as promised. Thank you for nothing.-Frustrated.
