KINDERELO... SHOCKING SERVICE

I do not recommend that anyone purchase from Kinderelo (online)!! I placed an order on the 21st Nov for two maternity tank tops (size L). I was alerted on the 22nd that the products had been shipped. On the 29th Nov I tried to contact Kinderelo as my package had not arrived. Here is a list of complaints: 1 - my purchase was over R300 and I was charged a R50 shipping fee which should not have been charged, per email I was told I would receive the credit - I still have NOT, 2 - Kinderelo rounded up my amount of 319.90 to 320 therefore skimming 10c - this is illegal, 3 - I tried to phone the call center and the phone was put down in my ear 4 times, 4 - after speaking to Natalie from CPT she promised to track my package... apparently their courier service delivered the package on the 25th Nov to a K Venter... this is obviously not me!!! - Natalie promised she would phone me back to update me, it is now two days later and I have heard nothing from these people, 5 - I then managed to track down this K Venter and went to pick up my package... which I opened and to my surprise (or not), one of the tops is the wrong SIZE!!.this is the worse service and company in history - STAY AWAY!
