BAD SERVICE

A friend of mine named Henry went into the Midas Store at Atlantis a while ago to ask for a Thermostat for an Izuzu KB320 2001 Model. They said they would order it for him. When he went to the store recently to ask for it they said they had forgotten about it and had not ordered it. What kind of service is this? Please explain as we are quite disgusted.
