I brought to the attention of Pampers SA a complaint about a bad nappy rash caused by their Sleep & Play brand end of of 2013. I also sent them photos of the rash as well as the relevant production code of the specific pack. They sent be back the standard "apology letter" and stated that I should send them some of these nappies to be tested. I was okay with that as I would hate for another baby to get such an ugly rash as well. We arranged with their customer service that they would ensure that a courier company would come to my place of work to collect the said nappies. This NEVER happened as arranged even after they had all the relevant information. All of this was placed on facebook for Pampers SA to respond.

This just tells me that Pampers SA DON'T really care about their customers and it obviously just too bad that my baby got a bad nappy rash from one of their nappies. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to test these nappies to prevent a reoccurence but they just not interested so be it then... I will no longer be using their nappies due to their lack of attitude and willingness to show interest in positive critisism... am very disappointed
