My complaint goes to NONCEBA BABA / contoler. To cut the long story short she was rude and raised her voice and was not listening to what i was trying to expalin to her. She had earlier on advised me strictly 10 or less items are allowed on that que of which i obliged. i got in font of the line and she advised all the cashiers to look out for me as i had more item in my basket. I got to the till and they miscounted my stuff. Several times i tried to let them know that they wer mis counting instead she was shoulting at me telling me hw shes duing her job. Only after i raised my voice and started removing stuff from the bag She later on realised shw was wrong and did not bother to apologise instd she walked away. As someone in her positon the way she behaved was unfair. Please check the footage for that day between 11 - 11;30am, it was the 1st till by the express tills and i was wearing a blue top. The first encounter i had with her ws jst before xmas i asked if there wer batteries in the toy car i had bot intead she told the cashier in their xhosa language that i shud have asked inside the shop as she does nt kno. Something has to be done about her or taked for customer service leso
