On 03/12/2013 I ordered two books from Kalahari on the buy one get one free special. I was charged for both books.

After realising this, I contacted them on 04/12 and spoke to Tealin. First I was told that the books I ordered didn't qualify for the special. I pointed out that the books I ordered were on the promotional email about the special. Then I was told that the special only applies when you click on the banner on the Kalahari home page, but not when you order the book directly from the homepage. I questioned this as this doesn't make any sense. Tealin then (after the third phone call) promissed to get back to me - nothing happened.

On 05/12/2013 I phoned again and spoke to Amina, who promptly phoned me back and told me my refund has been approved. Nothing happened.

On 23/12/2013 I phoned again and spoke to Nikita who promissed to follow up and get back to me - I am still waiting.

I used the customer satisfaction email that Kalahari sends to explain the situation, and gave them a 1 out of 10 - I am still to get so much as an email.

Seriously, how is this acceptable?!? I want my money back, and I want it today.
