Order took 5 weeks - failed refund - AVOID THEM

When Superbalist was 5 weeks late in shipping my order, they contacted me to apologise. Of course, this was a hassle since I had ordered the gifts in time for a wedding/Christmas present.

Via email, I asked them to refund my purchase in full and cancel the order altogether. But, instead of refunding me, Superbalist went ahead and shipped the goods to my house. They arrived during December holiday, so I had to tell the courier company that we weren't home (never a wise practice in Joburg).

This company has an absurdly poor customer service record, and I would recommend any other interested customer to rather use another online retail provider [URL Removed] or similar).
