Not following through on commitment

I placed an order with Citymob (Superbalist) which was delivered within good time. Unfortunately the nature of the order was underwear (bras) which despite being my regular size as every other bra in my cupboard is, they do not fit. The bras were bought on Sale which I absolutely understand would have exchange limitations. Unfortunately the nature of the purchase means that I have no use for the items or cannot give them as gifts even. My request to two consultants resulted in the same negative response, which I then asked to be referred to a manager. I was asked to contact the manager (whose name I have forgotten) to discuss the matter. I contacted said lady and after much discussion she stated that she would check with the supplier and what she has in stock and get back to me to discuss how she can assist. I am to date (2 weeks later) still waiting.
I have subsequently placed and paid for another order - foolish I realise - without any resolution. Her words, we obviously do not want to lose and order gave me some hope that she would do as she committed and get back to me.
So CITYMOB (SUPERBALIST), clearly your customer service!
