Slippery shoes causes daughters fall

We bought a pair shoes at jet for my 2 year old daughter. Looks nice however the soles of those shoes are so slippery every five minutes she falls, i cant believe that a company of magnitude can have sense of understanding, or lack of understanding of what is safe for children. Bearing in mind all the possibilities that could have gone wrong.
