Bad Customer Service!!!

I went to the money market Department to fetch money that i was sent by someone, on my arrival there being the first time withdrawing not knowing the procedure, A lady By the the name of Jane shouted at me saying "WHERE IS YOUR ID? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ID" were else she could've told me politely that one of the requirement to withdraw money is an Identify Document. Then i went home and fetched my Identify Document and on my arrival again i stood by the door for more than 20 minutes because all the ladies there didn't have "R1000" in their tills that i wanted to withdraw, and some were even sleeping on duty. I mean is this what you call good customer service??? i am still fuming and disappointed, i work as a financial Advisor and i work with clients and i don't tread them like how i was tread... I am not the first person who has received such kind of service and now i am sick of it, i buy there all the time and get to be treated like that!!!

It happened 2013 December 26th if i am not mistakening.
