Disgusting Attitude - Will Never shop there again

Lst week while i was in Westwood mall, i poped into the Lizzard. At the time they had a 50% off everything in store Promotion, i purchased a shorts for my husband.
I asked the sales Lady at the time if the shorts dosnt fit can i get a refund and she told me that NO cash refund will be given 2me however i have 30days to bring it back and swop it.
Any way i purchased the shorts however when i took it home it didnt fit my husband,
when i took the shorts back yesterday to swop it for something the lady at the store had informed me that the sale was over and if i take anything else i would have to pay full price! i then told her that theres nothing that i like at the moment can i get a gift card to chose somethin in future, and she very rudely Just said NO with no explanation. i then took the shorts to the till and asked the cashier if there was anyway to get a voucher cause the shorts is no use to me, then the sales lady shouts "Didnt you just Ask me that and Didnt i tell you NO" She was absolutely RUDE, the cashier aswell was absolutely unhelpful and they faces were so Grumpy. A sales person to suppose to be helpful and friendly, People like that shouldn't be dealing with customers!!!
