3 weeks wages due

I had an interview in early november 2013 to do promotions for FHI Heat a hair accessory company that Daryll distributes for so we agreed on 50 rand an hour 10am to 2pm friday, saturday, sunday till December 2013 then the first day of work he brings a letter of appointment stating the rate was now 42 rand an hour! And 2 hours extra per shift. I needed a job so accepted from week one I was short paid, he always made excuses and then finally stopped paying me completely and was never paid commission I am now owed 3 weeks wages the short pay from week one and commission. It now a brand new month and year and my accounts are all over due but he seems to not care one bit as I found out he just returned from holiday, he has been ignoring my calls and sms's but did managed to get ahold of him yesterday in which he informed me he would get back to me today waited and when he didn't I called back and spoke to his wife who deals with wages and she was rude saying I just need to wait because she just got back from holiday today and didn't have internet access so now monday she will "see" what she can do. I'm absolutely shocked at how unprofessional these people are.
