Bad service and lack of variety

Pick n pay has been advertising and tweeting about their new and wonderful store in CT Waterfront, but what about the smaller stores? In particular, the pick n pay store at trade route mall in Lenasia. Their service is disgusting, with only a handful of till points open at the busiest time, when the tellers ring for assistance no one responds for 10 mins and the whilst other stores have a large variety of the best food, produce and groceries, this store seems to be lacking, or catering on a minimal basis.

How about an upgrade please?
