There was a pricing query based on the price of a smaller item (the size required for purchase) compared to the exact same garment in a larger size which was cheaper in the larger size. Staff are unfriendly and unresponsive - it took 2 attempts and approximately 30 min to get an explanation - which was that this item had gone up in price - simple enough explanation however surely ALL pricing should be updated to avoid confusion! What came next is unacceptable - the staff member informed that regardless the price would ring up at the higher amount if either item was purchased - take it or leave it. Hence it was left. Staff should get some politeness and etiquette training and manage their merchandise in a proper way. Also stop acting as though we are inconveniencing them by asking a simple question, you would swear they are doing this in their personal time and not actually getting paid to do a job. Move aside, there are other more enthusiastic unemployed people who would like to do your job - and no doubt a million times better! Sorry Woolies, we expect better than this!
