Hirsch's
I feel cheated

First time I bought something at Hirsch's and I feel completely cheated. I was intentionally sold wrong stove control knobs and the sales person knew I will come back and was ready for me. What was worse is I had to tell him how to help me conveniently as he didn't seems interested in helping me, He eventually send me back told me I will get correct ones in 7 days latest. If thats the extend the store thrives to reach their sales and profit target at our expense its really disappointing.
