Bad experience, rude manager and a broken shoe!!

I had bought a stunning wedge at the shop that I wanted for months so I bought it on 20/12/2013 knowing I was going to wear it on the 31 and 1 of jan.on the 31 when I went out I suspected that their was something wrong with the shoe but my bf saw nothing but when I got home, half of the right heel was loose and the same was happening to the other side. I was and angry because its a new shoe and it was the 1st time that I wore it. Never the less I told myself that I was goin to take it back the morning to get another one.when I got there I spoke to ms brooks who gave me the most stinking attitude one could ever find, so bad that I wanted to speak to the manager only to find out that she was it, she even had the audacity to tell me that my shoe looks like it wasn't worn once but it had, one could see the bottom sticker was still present. Then she made matters worce when she walked out on me, a paying customer and went inside the staff room, I repremanded her to come out but she did not. I know Steve madern is a family business and that her boss tought her about customer service and policy.the shoe broke in less then a month of me buying, I should get a new pair not repair.
