I received Yellow roses in a vase on 19 Dec, which was collected on 20 Dec. They were old, and I instantly mms'ed a photo of the flowers to 083 236 9619, and received no response. On the 24th dec the flowers were dead, and again I sent a photo via mms to the number. Again no response. Why do they supply old flowers (that are DEAD within 5 days), and still charge the client for such inferior quality? The roses were in a vase, and had sufficient water the whole time.
